Growing up with you guys

19 Years of Friendship,
You'd think we'd get sick of each other by now huh?


That's us. and This is them.



I had dinner with my CIE-Manila family in the middle of the week. After a very tiring day and lack of sleep, the familiar faces and the abundance of FREE food was a very welcome temporary escape. It was Jerome's birthday celebration and a long overdue reunion.

They (Cara - the real elder sibling - and Jerome) ordered sooooo much food, enough that the staff of Jozu Kin despite their initial reluctance to give us a slice of cake and song, surprised the entire group with free creme brule and a birthday song. We left the restaurant with bigger bellies and happier tummies.


At the end of the night, we divided ourselves -- the cooler and younger people stayed behind for a few drinks and more while the older boring people went home by cinderella's hour to prepare for another day of work, class and real life in the morning. Still, we love each other like bread and butter.
